iPhone 4 is having some major issues that Steve Jobs is choosing to ignore. The new Froyo OS for droids is looking to be very nice, although I don't have it yet on my MyTouch. I do wonder if the iPhone's data/Internet plans will be cheaper on Verizon.

I was just offered a free upgrade ... but I am leaning towards declining the new iphone. Its just too damn pretentious for one these days, and then still lacking features others have and not working correctly to boot?
I was just gonna ask about what you all thought about the Blackberry curve 8310... its actually seems kinda nice.

I saw something on the iphone 4 a couple days ago- holding it near the bottom, the way you hold any phone while using it, causes it to drop the signal. Completely. It's easily solved by purchasing a case to put the phone in, that keeps you from covering the contacts with your hands.
Still, pretty shitty imo.

Ya pretty funny indeed.
What irks me is living in Chicago you see all these ghetto fabulous types who live in Section 8 subsidized housing flaunting iphones. Come on... you cant afford rent.... so you get the government to provide a voucher... so you can afford an iphone...
It's way too much the "brand/ego" trip thing imo.

Yeah, you know what Steve Job's response to this was? "You're holding the phone wrong." lol wut?Sabriell wrote:I saw something on the iphone 4 a couple days ago- holding it near the bottom, the way you hold any phone while using it, causes it to drop the signal.
